I am an animal activist.
I do not hug trees nor do I burn down ski resorts because lynx habitat is being destroyed.
I do not free 10,000 captive mink into the countryside to fend for themselves and reek havoc on an unsuspecting populace.
I do not like the fact that well over half of my hard earned salary goes in part to the government in order to manage our animal populations badly.
I do not like being called "A Crazy Animal Activist" but realize those calling me that are ignorant and have nothing more intelligent to say on the matter.

I am not alone in my beliefs.
In fact the world is full of people just like me who are tired of the BIG BUSINESS PRACTICE of air and water pollution to turn a profit.
Of destroying our human and animal habitat.
I am tired of politicians telling us they stand for the people and then when in office ignoring the wishes of the mass.
I am tired of seeing the public vote for a referendum only to be delayed or overturned by a few special interest groups.
I am tired of being lied to by people in public office.

It is time we let our voices be heard.

The purpose and intent of this group is to promote environmental change.

We can best do that by banding together to make one strong group.
Education and the World Wide Web are our vehicle.
Every single individual makes a difference and adds strength to this web we build.
No one is to small to help...everyone can provide the most important thing they possess...their voice.
None of us can do it alone together we can and will make a difference.
A diversity of ideas and talents are necessary.

Our common goal is to save our world and animal populations from the destruction of our fellow man.
It is not an easy task but united we can bring about change.

This union will allow our animal world to have a chance to be a part of our generations to come.

I do not expect you to agree with everything that I send your way.
We all look at the world with a different perspective and that is fine.
I do expect you to make your opinions known to the powers that be.
